Custom orders

If you like what you see and want to customise a tile to suit your needs, place a custom order!

You can give a brief description of how you want the tile to look and what text you want on it, and leave the rest to our artist's creativity.

Alternatively, if you would like to have more control over how it turns out, you can send in a jpeg of your own design, which our artist will replicate.

We do encourage you to customise your order as this makes the gift truly unique and personal!

Tiles are 10.8cm x 10.8cm.

Payment and Delivery

We accept payments by bank transfer to POSB Savings Plus acc number: 090-03822-2, or UOB bank transfer acc number: 124-371-681-6.

Postage fees will be borne by the customer.
Orders are sent to our customers by mail.

For in-stock orders, it will take up to 3 days after payment for your order to arrive.

The completion date of custom orders will depend on how complex the customisations are, as well as the schedule of our in-house artist. We will give you an estimated completion date when you place the order.

How do I order?

Step 1:Send an email to artsytiles@gmail.com detailing the following:

1. Personal details to facilitate transaction - name, contact number (optional), mailing address.
2. A list of the item numbers of what you would like to buy.
3. Indicate which bank you are transferring from.
4. Postage option – Normal or Registered?

Step 2a:Wait for our confirmation email which will include a tabulation of the total price including postage.

Step 2b: You may then make payment by transfer through internet Banking or at any relevant ATM. Send us an email after you have done so.

Step 3:After we have confirmed payment, we will email you the receipt and your in-stock orders should arrive within 3 working days. As for custom-orders, they should arrive within 15 working days after we confirm your order.

Step 4:Receive your tiles in the mail!
